Subconscious and Unconscious Mind - Week 34

Sometimes life seems to be very hard.

We think that others are better than us, that perhaps there is something wrong with us and belief in the illusion that we are isolated from others,
superior people or insitutions in our environment. 

 

Sometimes it seems like we are determined from the outside how we should be, act, dress - how we have to live in general, what "real success" looks like.

Sometimes it feels like we are being driven by a system that always gives us the same miserable feelings.
Sometimes it feels like we are alienated, as if we were losing control of ourselves.

 

And that's exactly what we have.
We've lost the power of our own mind, we are caught up in a dream from society, caught up in a program that is constantly destroying our life. 

Explaining today the difference between the conscious and the subconscious mind, how they both work in a different way, what's the logic behind and how to change and influence your life and the life of others in a peaceful, clear and calm state of mind.

The Conscious Mind: 

 

The prefrontal cortex, the small part of our brain is often compared to the word "awareness".
It's the creative mind which can generate free will and can control everything in your entire body. A fully developed conscious mind is able to direct your focus and imagine that which is not real. 
The Conscious Mind is reflecting your wishes and dreams through your whole life. 
It communicates through thoughts, pictures, writing, speech or physical movement. 
It's like an add- on option. 


Sounds good so far, right? 

The only challenge we as human beings have to face is the fact that we are conscious of only about 5 - 10% of our cognitive activity
As a result, we believe that someone else is responsible for our life or happiness but if we face reality and open up our eyes we realize that we were playing against our own mind. Until know, your life is an absolute reflection of the program running your day. 

The Subconscious Mind creates reality out of the program. 

 

It's the big part of your brain, the original brain - constantly working hard. 
The subconscious is 1 million times more powerful than the consious. If it'll work for or against you, that's totally up to you. 
In contrast to the conscious, it's not at all creative or playful it just plays with what it learned in the past
It's like a tape player
It records experiences and then plays them back.  It's almost the work desk of your mind. 

90 - 95 % of your day is driven by that program, by that tape. 
90 - 95 % of your daily time is lived unconscious, repeating the same emotions, same thoughts, same words. 
If you stop learning, if you stop moving it has nothing to do with being lazy, but everything with facing death for the first time. 

I am not at all sorry for being so direct. Seeing people destroying their bodys, believing bullshit, blaming others,talking bad about their neighbor or being hard to others is just not respectable for me. No judgment at all but it does not work for me. I've been there, I've realized that it's not good for me and I stopped consuming shit - including tones of cigarettes, weed, alcohol, starving and punishing myself with anorexia and depression. 

The Subconsious Mind is in charge of our recent memories and our past experiences, which will form our beliefs, habits and our behavior. 
Memories are almost stored up. It holds your program you run every day including your behavior patterns, habits, feelings and thoughts
It is perfoming all the necessary functions of your day. 


Teamwork in that case means: 
to save your life 

 

If a program worked out in your past, the subconscious mind will think and tell you that it will work out in your future too so you better have to stick to this program no matter how stupid or self- destructive it may be. 

What made Victor Frankl or Nelson Mandela so different? 

How was it possible for them to stay positive and optimistic in their situation? 

It's only one word that's truly important for changing your life, the perspective you have for each and every day. 
    -> DECISION <-

It's about learning how to control what you consciously focus on. You are only a prisonner to your own mind and thoughts. 
Going deeper into energy psychology (EFT, EMDR, PSYCH K, ... ) scientists have shown that,in simple words,
your body and all your cells are vibrating on a certain energy level. >
Your thoughts and judgements are not just connected to you, they are connected to the person you talk about, too. 

We are connected to everything that is around us on an energy base. 

Understanding how to use your subconscious through Imagination and Visualization will give you a complete change in a deeper level. 
It's not just about positive thinking with your conscious that will change your view of life. 

While you are sleeping, your consciousness is disconnected. You get into a state of "theta".
In that state you have the capacity to learn or adapt beliefs and thoughts like you were 7 years old, like a yound child

So what's the matter? 

Having a program for the night where you simply listen to your vision of happiness, success, love, relationships, financiel goals, things you are grateful, you want to achieve or attract - having a program listening to in the night can really, deeply change your life and attract different things. 
Now, you stop fighting against your own mind but you start working WITH your subconscious mind and start creating happiness, health,
love, wealth, inner peace and joy other people think is insane. 


Being intelligent has nothing( not much ) to do with your education or your IQ. 

You are as intelligent as you understand who you are, get clear about your values and
understand how to REPROGRAM 

understand how to REWRITE YOUR BRAIN.
