Habits - Week 17

Habits are those insidious people who either sweeten your life or complicate every day for you.

You can feel a heavy burden on your shoulder, a huge backpack you've been carrying with you for ages and can not take it off.

Negative, destroying habits can encourage you to move on, to be brave, to face your fears.

We should not only pay attention to our environment, with which people we surround ourselves each day, which people shape us, which people we give permission to influence our lives

- we should put as much attention to our habits.

It's the little things we do that make us achieve our goals.
Nobody who’s successful, earns a certain amount of money, has a healthy, strong, fit body,
reached this level in his life sitting on their ass, doing nothing, wishing that someday something in their life will change.
NO.

We are the result of our habits.

Just as we do one thing in our lives, we do everything else as well.

Let's take a closer look at the 5 areas of life (health, spirituality / personality / emotions, finances, relationships, occupation / meaning of life).

Losing negative habits and replacing them with positive habits is enormously important for one reason.
If we e.g. earn  a lot of money through our profession and sending all our energy into one area of life, we will not be able to feel happiness or inner wealth in the long term.
To discipline oneself and to find an inner balance so that all areas of our life are valued and recognized equally is a testament to how much we love ourselves, how grateful we are for the chance to be  alive and to what extent we believe in our future, in our dreams.

It does not help you if you have a lot of money but soon you will die because of diabetes.

Nor will it serve you in the long run if you have an incredibly handsome body but therefore completely relinquish contact with your family or friends and isolate yourself from them.

Habits let you fly or they’ll pull you down.
It is up to you, to us, how we choose to shape our lives.

Getting in shape or being happy is a habit.

50 % of your day is created by your habits.

If you don’t take control over your life, over your actions, your feelings, your emotions – if you are on an autopilot 24/7

– why do you complain about the fact that you don’t change?
I mean, the truth sometimes can be very hard.

I don’t want to lie on you because I know that you deserve better, that you deserve more in your life.
Change comes automatic.

Don’t worry about change, don’t talk about change.

You will change if you stay consistent to the person you are right now, maybe you will gain some pounds, maybe your health

will suffer because you let a cigarette control your life.
BUT making progress is that what can make you happy, what can fulfill you.

If we don’t take proactive actions, we are just repeating our past.
Get good habits, demand the highest from yourself.
Why? Because it’s your fucking life.

WAKE UP PLEASE YOU ARE HERE BECAUSE YOU ARE IMPORTANT AND YOU CAN GIVE SOMETHING BACK TO OTHER PEOPLE.
You are here to create something new.

Stop checking your phone the first hour of your day, set up your environment to where you want to go,

have control over your thoughts, have control over your emotions and your fear.

If not, if you just let it be as if it was before those negative, repetitive thoughts and emotions will use you.

How can you create your life in an active sense if you react to Instagram and Social Media in general right after you wake up?
Be conscious about the things you do. Break your bad, old habits.
You don’t need to smoke cigarettes to feel valued or relax.

It’s your responsibility.

Knowledge is power but knowledge about yourself is self- empowerment.
You deserve more and you can accomplish way more than you think right now.
Get clear over the person you want to become.
Be in the state of gratitude, the universe is always listening, it will bring you what you’ve asked for.

Learn how to be patient, how to be courageous and get clear about what you want in your life, WHY you are here.

Take care of your thoughts.

You deserve this.
